please excuse the typos in the previous blog

My last blog got published before I could reread it for misspellings (sheriff) and more. I have tried for an hour to get on it to edit and just haven't been able to. I am flummoxed to use a word in my blog. Maybe Kirsten (my genius niece who works for Dell in Austin) can help me. She has a Google blog she uses to publish her great recipes and will know or figure out how to edit after publishing, the blog site says one can but I could not figure it out. Again, please excuse my typos.
