Close to 11 p.m. had a great dinner (South Beach prepared by my sister, Georgina), watched a good movie, "The Savages" and now I have to pack for the hospital tomorrow. I will have the surgery tomorrow and then see all three involved physicians on Tuesday. Those include, Dr. Carlson, the oncologist, Dr. Dirbas, the surgeon, and Dr. Gurtner the plastic surgeon. My left side ( where the drain pulled out, is getting puffy with fluid) will need some scrutiny by the staff tomorrow. I plan to pack for three days, that is a pessimistic outlook, I could be out by Tuesday after the appointments.
My advice is: listen to music you love, eat what tastes good to you, visit with people you really like, pet your animal as much as your animal can tolerate.
